Position Overview
In the role of Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be essential in ensuring members and guests receive outstanding service. You'll have the chance to work in multiple food and beverage outlets such as The Bistro, Bakehouse Café, Bulldogs Sports Bar, The Atrium Bar, as well as various function and event spaces.
Key Duties
- Provide warm and professional customer service, greeting guests and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience from start to finish.
- Effectively promote menu selections, daily specials, and beverage choices through informed suggestions and upselling techniques.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with members and guests by consistently embodying Canterbury's core values and professionalism.
- Uphold excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization in all dining and service areas while adhering to workplace health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate constructively with team members to nurture a respectful and high-performing workplace culture, aiding operational success.
Candidate Profile
- Exemplifies professionalism and neat personal presentation.
- Possesses strong customer service aptitude and communication abilities.
- Capable of working autonomously and within a team setting.
- Previous experience in club hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Holds valid NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certifications.
- Available to work on a rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
