• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in à la carte hotel restaurants or function venues, is highly valued
• A genuine passion for food and beverages with strong abilities to connect with guests
• Possess a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Basic knowledge of wines and spirits
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills
• Flexible availability to work a 7-day rotating schedule including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Self-starter with a positive, cooperative team spirit
• Professional personal presentation
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and engaged team player
• Strong interpersonal skills to professionally interact with guests
