Position Overview
We are seeking a Gaming Attendant to contribute to exceptional service delivery across our Gaming operations. This role involves versatile responsibilities on the Gaming floor, requiring a friendly, professional, and attentive approach to ensure every guest interaction is memorable and positive.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold the cleanliness, presentation, and overall upkeep of all Gaming service locations.
- Address patron inquiries with accurate details regarding the Club's facilities, ongoing promotions, and events.
- Assist with order taking and serving guests to facilitate smooth Gaming floor operations.
- Adhere strictly to gaming laws, Club policies, and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) standards.
- Develop strong relationships with members and guests by delivering courteous, professional, and personalized service.
- Promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive setting aligned with Canterbury's core values through effective communication.
Candidate Profile
- Exhibits a high standard of professionalism and personal appearance.
- Possesses excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in club environments is advantageous though not mandatory.
- Holds current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) competency certifications.
- Available to work on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
