Job description
Role Overview
Monee is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to support the Regional Credit function in Singapore. This role focuses on financial analysis, planning, and cross-functional coordination to help guide regional decisions and improve business performance.
What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver special projects from start to finish, including defining the problem, testing assumptions, and rolling out process or operational changes.
- Work closely with the business team to help shape the regional finance plan, including forecasting growth and building budgets.
- Develop management and budget analysis reports for decision-makers and translate financial data into practical insights that support strategy and performance improvement.
- Carry out finance-related ad hoc analyses for both internal stakeholders and external audiences as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accountancy.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial principles.
- Good analytical ability and sharp critical thinking skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and multitasking ability.
- Comfort and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
