Job Overview

As a Business Management professional at Monee, you will play a key role in defining the business value and product roadmap tailored for different customer groups. Your responsibilities include collaborating extensively with product owners, operations, compliance, and other stakeholders to drive end-to-end product development. You will ensure that product launches and business procedures are harmonised across regions, while strictly complying with regulatory and risk management standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Shape business value propositions and design roadmaps for various customer segments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and compliance to launch new features.
• Maintain regional alignment for product roll-outs and ensure adherence to compliance and risk policies.
• Translate customer needs and challenges into actionable product designs by partnering with diverse teams.
• Conduct research to gain insights into market and product trends, along with mapping out the competitive landscape in the region.
• Use data-driven analyses to monitor business performance and recommend prioritised improvements in customer journeys and product features.

Qualifications and Skills

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related disciplines, with expected graduation by July 2026 and availability to join by August 2026.
• Internship or work experience in retail digital services, consulting, analytics, banking, or similar fields is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SQL is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and quantitative analysis skills.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, an intrapreneurial mindset, and readiness to engage in hands-on work.
