Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Have at least two years of experience in banking operations or a related function.
• Prior exposure to implementing digital solutions, including AI platforms, is advantageous.
• Experience managing process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across multiple countries and various functions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and planning abilities.
