Role overview

This opportunity is with a major maritime services organization seeking a Field Service Executive in Dubai. The role is centered on carrying out onboard servicing, installation, and maintenance work on vessels while keeping customer coordination, quality, and turnaround time in focus. The position sits within the Service Management team and involves regular on-site work in maritime settings.

Work location

Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The assignment is field-based and vessel-oriented.

Core duties

  • Carry out field service visits, installation work, inspections, and maintenance for onboard connectivity and communication systems.
  • Maintain precise records, including service reports, installation logs, and maintenance paperwork.
  • Complete allocated tasks within the agreed schedule and defined service scope.
  • Coordinate directly with customers to ensure smooth execution and successful closure of activities.
  • Partner with internal support, operations, and project teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

Candidate profile

The employer is looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification. Experience in maritime, offshore, or vessel-based service settings is preferred. A practical understanding of equipment installation, system setup, configuration, and general administration is important. Exposure to yachts, commercial ships, military vessels, or offshore installations will be considered an advantage, and prior work with multinational customers is also preferred. Experience across Middle East markets such as the UAE and KSA is desirable.
