Role overview
A client of Manpower Middle East, operating in hygiene, cleaning products, and related solutions, is looking for a Sales Executive based in Dubai. In this position, you will report to the Division Manager and play a key role in managing current customer relationships, generating fresh business opportunities, and handling the full sales process. The role also requires a consistent focus on service quality, safety, and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop sales in an allocated territory and look after existing customer accounts across facility care, food service, hospitality, and similar industries.
- Carry out product demonstrations, make regular service visits, and provide ongoing training to customers.
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and prospecting to strengthen market presence and win new business.
- Promote products, equipment, and services from a broad catalogue, including preparing quotations, issuing invoices, completing order fulfilment, training customers on products, and following up on satisfaction.
- Work with the finance team to manage orders, invoicing, and payment follow-ups, while keeping records of your sales activity and progress.
Candidate profile
- A high school diploma or a degree, along with 3 to 5 years of professional sales experience, ideally in hygiene, cleaning, facility services, or a similar field.
- Food Safety certification and HACCP certification are required.
- Ability to stay effective under pressure and maintain a positive, polished, and professional manner.
- A valid UAE driving licence is essential.
