Business Operations Coordinator - Warehouse and Logistics

Role Overview

This is a 12-month contract assignment, with the possibility of renewal or extension, offered through Manpower Middle East. The position is based in Dubai and focuses on coordinating warehouse and distribution activities end to end. The role supports shipment monitoring, delivery execution, proof of delivery handling, consignment stock oversight, and SAP-based transaction processing. A key part of the job is keeping supply chain operations closely aligned with finance so that transactions are closed accurately and on time.

Core Responsibilities

• Follow shipments from dispatch through final delivery, maintaining live visibility and updating SAP accurately.
• Work with warehouse and transport teams to make sure orders are fulfilled on time and efficiently.
• Collect, verify, and connect proof of delivery documents to the system for invoicing and audit needs.
• Manage driver and fleet activities, including allocation, routing, and day-to-day execution.
• Review delivery and driver performance through KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement actions.
• Oversee consignment inventory at hospitals by conducting stock checks, performing reconciliations, and resolving differences.
• Support the finance and supply chain interface by assisting with invoicing, reconciling transactions, and refining SAP-based workflows.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline is required.
• Applicants should have 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP is needed, with SD, MM, and WM modules preferred.
• Strong analytical ability, coordination capability, and stakeholder management skills are important for this role.
