Role Overview

This role is for a Kannada-speaking Field Sales Executive who will manage both office-based lead follow-up and on-ground customer visits. The job requires interaction with interested leads, explaining insurance solutions, and converting opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to company-provided interested leads and work on them proactively.
  • Connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and arrange meetings.
  • Visit clients in person to present insurance products and drive conversions.
  • Deliver strong customer support and develop lasting client relationships.
  • Consistently meet monthly sales and revenue goals.
  • Keep accurate records of visits, sales activity, and performance updates.
  • Coordinate with backend teams for paperwork, documentation, and policy issuance.

Work Structure

The role follows a 50:50 split between office and field work. Office work includes calling, lead follow-up, and meeting coordination, while field work involves customer visits and sales closures.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Candidates must have completed at least 12th standard.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Fluency in Kannada is compulsory.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a two-wheeler are mandatory.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling abilities are needed.
  • The candidate should be comfortable working in a mixed office and field sales setup.
  • A goal-oriented and ambitious attitude is expected.
