Role Overview
This opening is for an experienced professional to join the Commercial Insurance SME team focused on non-motor business. It suits candidates who already know the non-motor insurance space and want to grow in a performance-oriented setting.
Compensation
The package is capped at up to 10 LPA fixed, along with attractive incentives.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand the SME commercial insurance portfolio for non-motor products.
- Source business via direct sales, brokers, and corporate accounts.
- Work across fire, marine, liability, property, and related commercial insurance lines.
- Develop strong client relationships and manage policy renewals.
- Follow internal procedures as well as regulatory and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in commercial or non-motor insurance.
- Solid knowledge of SME and commercial line products.
- Good communication and relationship-building ability.
- Candidates should come from the general insurance industry.
