Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and develop health insurance agents and advisors.
• Grow business through the agency distribution channel.
• Maintain productive relationships with agents and encourage consistent business flow.
• Meet monthly sales targets and wider business objectives.
• Run training and motivation sessions for advisors.
• Help agents close sales and address customer-related questions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Expected salary range: INR 3.50 LPA to 6 LPA.
• Unlimited monthly incentives, with earnings potential of up to INR 1 lakh per month.
• Monthly travel allowance of INR 5,000.
• Group Medical Coverage worth INR 2 lakh.
• Personal accident cover worth INR 10 lakh.
