Role overview
This opening is for an experienced commercial insurance professional to join the SME non-motor channel with PB Partners, part of the Policybazaar group. The role is suited to candidates who have worked in non-motor insurance and want to grow in a performance-focused environment.
Compensation
The position offers a fixed annual salary of up to 10 LPA along with attractive incentives.
Key responsibilities
- Build and expand the SME commercial insurance portfolio with a focus on non-motor products.
- Source new business through direct sales, brokers, and corporate customers.
- Work across fire, marine, liability, property, and other non-motor insurance lines.
- Develop lasting client relationships and manage policy renewals.
- Follow internal processes as well as company and regulatory compliance requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in commercial or non-motor insurance.
- Strong knowledge of SME and commercial line insurance products.
- Good communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Candidates must come from the general insurance industry.
