Role overview

Compensation

The fixed annual pay is up to 10 LPA, along with attractive incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and manage the SME commercial insurance portfolio with a focus on non-motor products.
• Build business through direct sourcing, brokers, and corporate customers.
• Work on fire, marine, liability, property, and other non-motor insurance offerings.
• Develop lasting client relationships and support policy renewals.
• Follow all company procedures as well as applicable regulatory guidelines.

Required background

• At least 1 year of experience in commercial or non-motor insurance.
• Good understanding of SME and commercial line insurance products.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships well.
• Preference for candidates currently working in the general insurance industry.
