About the Role
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive based in Bhubaneswar and nearby areas to spearhead merchant onboarding for fintech products. The key responsibilities involve engaging with local merchants to promote and sell QR Codes and Sound Boxes, helping them adopt digital payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and approach local merchants and shop owners within the designated territory to sell and onboard fintech payment devices like QR Codes and Sound Boxes.
- Clearly present and explain the features and benefits of fintech products and services to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with merchants, providing essential product support when needed.
- Submit detailed reports regarding field visits and sales achievements to the reporting manager regularly.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Applicants should have completed at least 10th or 12th standard education; graduates are also eligible.
- Candidates must be aged 35 years or younger.
- Ownership and use of a two-wheeler (motorbike or scooter) for commuting to merchant locations is mandatory.
- Prior experience in field sales, particularly in merchant onboarding, QR Code technology, Sound Box, POS systems, fintech, digital payments, or FMCG sales, is preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential.
- Willingness to travel within the allocated region is required.
Compensation
The salary ranges from ₹16,500 to ₹26,400 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
