Job Overview
Join as a Field Sales Executive in the fintech domain, focusing on merchant onboarding in Jaipur and surrounding regions. This role requires engaging with local shops and merchants to promote and facilitate sales of QR Code and Sound Box products.
Responsibilities
- Visit merchants locally to promote and onboard them for QR Code and Sound Box sales.
- Identify and reach out to potential merchants within the designated territory.
- Present fintech solutions and services clearly and complete the onboarding process.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants while providing essential product support.
- Submit detailed regular reports on field visits and sales performance to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education: 10th/12th pass or any graduate qualification.
- Maximum age limit of 35 years.
- Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory for commuting in the field.
- Preference for candidates with experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, QR Code, Sound Box, POS devices, fintech, digital payments, or FMCG sales.
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities are essential.
- Willingness to frequently travel within the assigned sales area.
