Role Overview

In this resource planning role, you will oversee the scheduling and deployment of audit professionals while coordinating with local and regional leadership. The position requires strong planning discipline, close collaboration across teams, and a focus on utilization, workforce needs, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate auditors across varied assignments throughout the year to improve utilization and strengthen deployment efficiency.
  • Work with managers and talent group leaders to review business needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure compliance with policies and planning frameworks.
  • Keep the resource planning system updated so schedules remain accurate and current.
  • Build resource plans that reflect engagement budgets, gearing, service quality expectations, and employee development needs.
  • Track utilization regularly, spot capacity gaps, and recommend corrective actions to improve resource usage.
  • Partner with HR on onboarding and exit processes, workforce planning, recruitment requirements, and employee performance matters.
  • Coordinate with the learning team to support and implement training requirements.
  • Prepare and review reports to help maintain quality standards.
  • Escalate resourcing issues and share relevant concerns with leadership to support decision-making.
  • Manage expectations proactively and raise issues when needed.
  • Carry out additional related duties as assigned.

  • Advanced technical proficiency and computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Management tools
