The team is looking for a highly organised, detail-focused Master Data Analyst to build and maintain the organisation’s single trusted source for market and operational data. This position is important for protecting the quality, consistency, and governance of core business information used across broking, operations, finance, compliance, reporting, and future AI initiatives.

Master Data Management

  • Maintain the organisation’s trusted master data source in line with agreed governance procedures.
  • Keep data accurate, complete, consistent, and high quality across the connected systems.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the main contact for master data requests and questions.
  • Partner with Broking, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to resolve data issues.
  • Guide stakeholders on data standards and good practice.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Create regular reports on data quality and management information.
  • Review data trends and identify new or developing quality concerns.
  • Support data preparation for reporting, dashboards, and future AI and analytics work.

Requirements

  • A degree is required.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Clear and effective communication skills are needed.
