Role Overview

As a Resource Planning Experienced Associate within Audit & Assurance, you will oversee scheduling and allocation of audit staff, directly reporting to local and regional leadership. Your role will encompass managing resource deployment to maximize efficiency, coordinating with management to align staffing with policy, maintaining accurate schedules, and supporting overall team utilization.

Key Duties

  • Assign auditors across varied engagements throughout the year to optimize utilization and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Managers and Talent Leaders to handle staffing needs and resolve conflicts in line with organizational frameworks.
  • Keep resource plans updated using designated planning tools.

  • Manage expectations effectively and escalate concerns as necessary.
