About the Role and Company
Maiden Marc Advisory is collaborating with a prominent global retained executive search firm that maintains offices in New York and London. The firm specializes in advising top-tier private equity companies, hedge funds, investment banks, asset managers, and dynamic businesses on senior-level executive recruitment.
This position entails providing dedicated executive support to the firm's CEO, ensuring seamless management of daily activities and strategic goals. Though fully remote work from anywhere within the United States is feasible, candidates located in New York have the option to work onsite.

Core Responsibilities
- Delivering high-level administrative support directly to the CEO.
- Managing an exceptionally busy and constantly evolving calendar across various time zones.
- Arranging detailed domestic and global travel logistics.
- Coordinating meetings, virtual conferences, and client interviews.
- Preparing comprehensive documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Handling correspondence and serving as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitating project coordination to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Contributing to improvements in administrative procedures and operational effectiveness throughout the firm.
Candidate Profile
- Around 8 or more years’ experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant.
- Experience in executive search is highly desirable.
- Alternatively, background supporting senior leadership within a large professional services, financial, consulting, or corporate environment is suitable.
- Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
- High discretion and adeptness in managing confidential materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proactive, resourceful, and oriented toward problem-solving.
- Willing to consider a four-day workweek, with a five-day option for the right applicant.
