About Four Seasons
Four Seasons thrives because of our dedicated people who are driven to improve themselves, reach new professional heights, and treat everyone with mutual respect. Our teams across the globe craft extraordinary experiences for our guests, residents, and partners by committing to luxury infused with genuine care. We understand that exceptional guest experiences start with fostering an outstanding employee experience and cultivating a strong company culture.
We believe in acknowledging familiar faces, warmly welcoming new individuals, and interacting with everyone as we would want to be treated. Whether you are working, staying, living, or exploring with us, our mission is to create lasting impressions by truly connecting with the people and environment around us.
About the Location
The Red Sea Resort will soon become one of the premier luxury beach destinations in the region. Situated along 200 kilometers of coastline between Umluj and Al Wajh on Saudi Arabia’s western coast, it includes pristine islands and lagoons. Our Four Seasons Resort on Shura Island—the centerpiece of the development—will feature amenities such as a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail outlets, an 18-hole golf course, and more.
Designed with sustainable tourism principles, the project uses advanced marine spatial planning to minimize environmental impact and over-tourism. The resort will operate predominantly on renewable energy, conserving much of the natural environment. It will offer about 149 rooms and suites, all overlooking white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters, alongside six restaurants and lounges, meeting and event venues, a marine discovery center, Kids for All Seasons facilities, and numerous recreational options including a spa with hammam, tennis courts, multiple outdoor pools with cabanas, and separate beaches for families and adults.
Role Overview: Director of People and Culture
We are seeking a Director of People and Culture (also serving as Executive Assistant Manager in Charge of People and Culture) to join the inaugural team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island. Reporting directly to the General Manager and semi-directly to the Regional Director of People and Culture, you will lead the development and implementation of our people, culture, and learning strategies aimed at positioning the resort as the top employer in the region.
You will embody and promote our Golden Rule culture throughout all employee interactions, champion exceptional talent and succession planning, foster strategic partnerships within the business, coach colleagues, and advance corporate people and culture initiatives. Key areas include recruitment, onboarding, development, as well as monitoring and optimizing compensation and benefits to align cost efficiency with employee satisfaction. You will also enhance the quality of workplace learning through effective training and performance improvement programs that support long-term business success.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate possesses a passion for talent management and learning, acts as a strategic business partner, shows strong commercial insight coupled with operational understanding, drives positive change, and serves as a committed employee advocate. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential, as is eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia. Preference will be given to Saudi nationals to support nationalization initiatives.
Why Join Us?
Four Seasons offers hospitality professionals the chance to build enduring, globally connected careers with pride in their accomplishments. Our foundation of the Golden Rule attracts talented individuals who genuinely value treating others as they wished to be treated. We proudly maintain our status as an employer of choice worldwide, with numerous awards recognizing our outstanding corporate culture and work environments.
