About the Role
Entrusted Advisors is seeking a Senior Ethics & Compliance Specialist for a full-time contract secondment with a prominent global company. This role suits candidates experienced in Ethics & Compliance, Employee Relations, Corporate Investigations, HR Compliance, or Legal, who excel in collaborating across departments to tackle complex challenges and reduce organizational risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for managing ethics cases and related compliance activities.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Investigations, and business leadership teams.
- Evaluate ethics and compliance risks and propose appropriate mitigation approaches.
- Assist with reviewing issues, coordinating cases, and facilitating cross-functional compliance programs.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance the organization's ethics and compliance framework.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Ethics, Compliance, Employee Relations, Corporate Investigations, HR, or similar fields.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication capabilities.
- Capacity to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
