Job Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach, building relationships with potential customers to promote Leaf Home’s products.
• Manage assigned geographical territories during each scheduled shift.
• Collect customer contact details to facilitate sales demonstrations and expand lead generation by requesting referrals.
• Provide daily performance updates to field supervisors.
• Perform additional tasks as delegated by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Have at least one year of experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Capable of working outdoors across different weather conditions.
• Available to work during evenings and weekends as required.
• Excellent multitasking skills to balance diverse responsibilities and stakeholder needs effectively without oversight.
• Thrives in energetic, team-driven environments with a proactive, resilient attitude.
• Self-motivated with strong accountability and goal orientation.
• Detail-focused with the ability to identify the most efficient ways to complete tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for engaging various stakeholders.
• Critical thinking skills including analysis, problem-solving, and reflection.
• Commitment to empathetic and timely communication respecting peer and customer priorities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring employment visa sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with door-to-door canvassing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with home improvement products or services is beneficial.
