About the Role

Leaf Home is searching for motivated Entry Level Sales Representatives interested in earning between $50,000 and $100,000+ annually. Key Duties

• Conduct daily neighborhood visits within assigned territories to engage homeowners, generating sales leads for the outdoor sales team.
• Apply a consultative selling style to inform potential customers about Leaf Home products, gathering data for scheduling detailed product demonstrations.
• Maintain regular communication with field management and collaborate with fellow sales reps to report daily progress.
• Represent Leaf Home with professionalism to ensure accurate product portrayal and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel.
• Be willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrate a strong motivation to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Be customer-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Be legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring employment visa sponsorship.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

• Work regularly outdoors, including in inclement weather, involving significant walking and standing.

• Occasionally exert up to 10 pounds of force in performing tasks, including lifting or moving objects as needed.
