Role Overview
We invite expressions of interest for future entry-level Inventory Analyst roles within our Merchandise Planning teams. These positions contribute significantly to ensuring optimal product availability across both physical stores and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in stock allocation and replenishment to enhance product availability and maximize sales.
- Oversee inventory levels for core, seasonal, and promotional collections.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to detect patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate stock records and facilitate smooth inventory flow between stores and online platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandise, Planning, Demand, and Supply Chain departments.
- Manage purchase orders and monitor stock movements.
- Compile reports and offer insights to support commercial decision-making processes.
- Support successful product launch executions.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates are detail-focused, analytical individuals passionate about data and problem-solving in a dynamic retail environment. Experience or familiarity with inventory management, stock allocation, replenishment, merchandise planning, retail operations, or fulfillment/DC operations is beneficial.
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel for data interpretation and trend analysis.
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities coupled with careful attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Educational background in Business, Commerce, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
