Overview
The Enterprise Product Manager for Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) is accountable for managing the full lifecycle of NaaS offerings. This includes strategizing, designing, launching, and continuously refining products to meet market demands and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with digital transformation and customer needs for NaaS solutions.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities through competitive research, customer feedback, and emerging trends.
- Create and prioritize product roadmaps focusing on impactful initiatives.
- Manage product development from ideation through launch, defining clear specifications and features.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and functionality of NaaS products.
- Perform market and customer analyses to stay ahead of technology advancements and user expectations.
- Monitor industry competitors and trends to maintain competitive positioning.
- Establish pricing models and revenue strategies for NaaS products.
- Support sales teams by developing product positioning, proposals, and delivering technical presentations.
- Design go-to-market plans and product launch strategies for maximum impact.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Experience, Network, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain Management to ensure business alignment.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and technology providers to support product delivery.
- Track product performance metrics, revenue generation, and adoption rates.
- Analyze key performance indicators and implement product enhancements as needed.
- Manage ongoing updates such as upgrades, feature enhancements, or product retirement.
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree required in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Between 5 to 10 years in ICT, telecommunications, or technology product management roles.
- Proven experience in enterprise ICT services like cloud computing, cybersecurity, connectivity solutions, data center management, or managed services.
- Strong background in product lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with telecommunications or digital service industries is advantageous.
- Comprehensive technical understanding of managed data networks and services including NaaS, cloud offerings, and security solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying product strategies and commercial proposals to both internal stakeholders and customers.
