Key Responsibilities

• Identify ideal employment matches by supporting participants with preparation, job search, and sustainable employment through the Workforce Australia program.
• Enhance participant confidence by highlighting their strengths and helping overcome personal and professional barriers.
• Develop innovative strategies to address employment challenges, ensuring participants receive the necessary tools and support.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace accommodations.
• Celebrate employment successes, both large and small, with participants to foster motivation and engagement.
• Forge and maintain partnerships with companies committed to diversity and inclusion, promoting equal opportunities for all.

Candidate Requirements

• Legal eligibility to work in Australia.
• Current driver’s licence and fully insured vehicle.
• Possession of a Standard level MyGovID.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
• Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
• Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
