We are seeking an Employment Consultant at our Caboolture, Queensland location to join our Workforce Australia Program and help connect participants with suitable employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify ideal employment matches by supporting participants with preparation, job search, and sustainable employment through the Workforce Australia program.
- Enhance participant confidence by highlighting their strengths and helping overcome personal and professional barriers.
- Develop innovative strategies to address employment challenges, ensuring participants receive the necessary tools and support.
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace accommodations.
- Celebrate employment successes, both large and small, with participants to foster motivation and engagement.
- Forge and maintain partnerships with companies committed to diversity and inclusion, promoting equal opportunities for all.

Candidate Requirements
- Legal eligibility to work in Australia.
- Current driver’s licence and fully insured vehicle.
- Possession of a Standard level MyGovID.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
- Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
