Key Responsibilities

• Assist participants with disabilities in preparing for, obtaining, and maintaining sustainable employment
• Empower individuals by highlighting strengths and assisting in overcoming employment barriers
• Develop creative strategies to address employment obstacles and ensure participants receive necessary support
• Advocate for inclusive hiring and workplace accommodations
• Celebrate every successful employment milestone with participants
• Establish partnerships with companies committed to diversity and inclusion
