Key Responsibilities
- Assist participants with disabilities in preparing for, obtaining, and maintaining sustainable employment
- Empower individuals by highlighting strengths and assisting in overcoming employment barriers
- Develop creative strategies to address employment obstacles and ensure participants receive necessary support
- Advocate for inclusive hiring and workplace accommodations
- Celebrate every successful employment milestone with participants
- Establish partnerships with companies committed to diversity and inclusion
