About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Employment Consultant to join our Inclusive Employment Australia Program at the Kempsey, NSW location. In this role, you will empower individuals with disabilities to find meaningful and sustainable employment, helping to transform lives through dedicated support and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify ideal employment matches for participants with disabilities and support them throughout their employment journey.
- Help boost participants' confidence by highlighting their strengths and helping them navigate challenges.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to employment barriers, ensuring sustained success.
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and necessary workplace adjustments.
- Celebrate participants’ employment successes and milestones.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
Candidate Profile
- A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in employment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with participants and stakeholders.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and driven to make a positive impact.
- Experience from diverse sectors such as sales, retail, call centres, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration may provide advantageous skills for this position.

Additional Requirements
- Must be legally permitted to work in Australia.
- Possess a current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Have a MyGovID at Standard level.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
