Role overview
APM is seeking an Employment Consultant for its Inverell, New South Wales site as part of the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. This role is focused on helping people with disability move into meaningful work that can improve their independence and quality of life.

- Support participants with disability to get ready for work, secure employment, and stay in sustainable jobs.
- Help participants build confidence by recognising strengths, overcoming barriers, and approaching new work with purpose.
- Develop practical and creative ways to solve employment challenges and set participants up for success.
- Promote inclusive recruitment and advocate for workplace adjustments where needed.
- Recognise achievements and celebrate successful placements, both large and small.
- Build strong relationships with employers and organisations that value diversity and inclusion.
