APM is hiring an Employment Consultant for its Bunbury, Western Australia site under the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. The role is focused on helping people with disability prepare for work, secure suitable jobs, and stay employed in sustainable roles.

- Promote inclusive hiring and help identify workplace adjustments where needed.
- Recognise and celebrate successful outcomes and milestones with participants.
- Create and maintain partnerships with employers who value diversity and inclusion.
