You will support participants in the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, obtain, and retain sustainable employment. The role includes helping people recognise their strengths, overcome barriers, and approach work with confidence.

You will also develop creative solutions to employment challenges, advocate for inclusive hiring and reasonable workplace adjustments, celebrate successful placements, and build strong partnerships with employers who value diversity and inclusion.

Eligibility and requirements

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm. A current driver’s licence, a comprehensively insured vehicle, and a Standard MyGovID are required. The successful candidate must be willing to complete a National Police Check and able to pass a Working with Children Check.
