About the Role
APM is seeking an Employment Consultant for its Kurri Kurri, NSW site within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. This position focuses on helping people with disability prepare for meaningful work, secure suitable roles and remain in sustainable employment.

What You Will Do
You will work with participants with disability to help them prepare for work, find appropriate employment and stay in long-term jobs. A key part of the role is building confidence, identifying strengths, removing barriers and supporting each person with practical solutions tailored to their situation.
You will also promote inclusive hiring, support workplace adjustments, recognise achievements, and build strong partnerships with employers who are committed to diversity and inclusion.

Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
- Current driver’s licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- MyGovID at Standard level.
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
