Key Responsibilities

• Assist program participants in Workforce Australia to develop employability, secure, and sustain long-term employment.
• Empower individuals by enhancing their confidence and helping them navigate employment obstacles.
• Devise creative solutions to employment challenges ensuring participants receive necessary support and resources.
• Promote inclusive hiring and advocate for workplace adaptations ensuring equal opportunities.
• Recognize and celebrate participant achievements throughout their employment journey.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with employers committed to diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Right to work in Australia.
• Valid driver’s license and comprehensive vehicle insurance.
• Possession of a Standard level MyGovID.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
