Key Responsibilities
- Assist program participants in Workforce Australia to develop employability, secure, and sustain long-term employment.
- Empower individuals by enhancing their confidence and helping them navigate employment obstacles.
- Devise creative solutions to employment challenges ensuring participants receive necessary support and resources.
- Promote inclusive hiring and advocate for workplace adaptations ensuring equal opportunities.
- Recognize and celebrate participant achievements throughout their employment journey.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with employers committed to diversity and inclusion.

Requirements
- Right to work in Australia.
- Valid driver’s license and comprehensive vehicle insurance.
- Possession of a Standard level MyGovID.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
