APM is seeking an Employment Consultant for its Logan Central, Queensland site as part of the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. This role is focused on helping people with disability, injury, or illness secure meaningful work and build a path toward greater independence.

Key Duties
You will work with participants to help them prepare for, secure, and keep sustainable employment. A major part of the role involves reverse marketing and employer outreach, including cold calling and building relationships with employers to promote the strengths of participants.
You will also support participants in building confidence, identifying their strengths, overcoming barriers, and stepping into work with renewed motivation. In addition, you will contribute creative ideas to solve employment challenges, advocate for inclusive hiring and workplace adjustments, and strengthen partnerships with businesses that value diversity and inclusion.
Every successful placement matters, and the role is about celebrating progress and helping participants achieve lasting outcomes.

Terms and Conditions
The role includes full-time hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have a current driver’s licence along with a fully insured vehicle. A Standard-level MyGovID is required. The successful candidate must be willing to complete a National Police Check and be able to pass a Working with Children Check.
