Role Overview
As an Employment Coach, you will empower participants to secure lasting employment by providing customized coaching, job placement assistance, and continuous support. This role involves working from the Albury office on a full-time basis for a fixed term of 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guidance and coaching to participants to help them achieve employment goals.
- Identify and establish new connections with local employers that match the participants’ needs and goals.
- Understand each participant’s unique employment requirements.
- Collaborate with employers to close the gap between workforce talent and job opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a similar capacity within Employment Services is highly valued.
- Proven background in customer service, sales, contact center operations, or recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse daily challenges.
- Detail-oriented, with strong administrative capabilities and proficiency using IT systems.
Note: A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are prerequisites before starting employment. Candidates must also set up a myGovID for accessing relevant government data associated with the role.
