About the Role

Join our team in Berlin as the Assistant to the Senior Vice President of A&R across Central Europe and the broader EMEA region. This role is pivotal in ensuring the SVP's operational efficiency by managing both professional and personal support tasks with utmost discretion and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and defend the SVP's calendar across Central European Time and other time zones, prioritizing commitments and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate complete travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and visa documentation for business trips, industry gatherings, festivals, and showcases, adapting smoothly to last-minute adjustments.
- Serve as the initial contact point for both internal and external communications, effectively managing the flow of information.
- Prepare agendas, briefing notes, meeting minutes, and follow-ups, ensuring all sessions start punctually and are well-organized.
- Handle financial administration such as submitting and tracking expenses, processing invoices and purchase orders, managing recharges, and securing approvals.
- Organize and maintain documents, presentations, deal files, and notes for easy and quick access, preparing necessary materials ahead of time.
- Assist with event coordination including artist and partner visits, dinners, showcase logistics, and managing guest lists.
- Provide some personal support relating to scheduling, travel, and administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate conflicts, missing information, or changes before they arise.
- Capable of handling multiple urgent tasks simultaneously with agility and composure.
- Exhibits sound judgment, maintains absolute discretion with confidential information.
- Adaptable and calm under pressure, with flexibility to accommodate evening engagements and occasional travel requirements.
- A genuine interest in music and a foundational understanding of the industry.
