Our Miami office serves as the regional hub overseeing Latin American and US Latin publishing businesses, representing influential artists, songwriters, and producers shaping the Latin music industry.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized bilingual Executive Assistant (Spanish/English) to support the President of Latin America. This position ensures smooth office operations and facilitates coordination across multiple business functions including A&R, Legal, Business Affairs, and Sync.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive administrative duties for the President such as scheduling, arranging travel, and processing expenses.
  • Oversee the Miami office operations, acting as the primary liaison with Facilities, Security, and IT to meet office requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as People, Finance, and Communications to support regional initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on personnel changes throughout the Latin America region, updating HR accordingly.
  • Assist with implementation of strategies and various projects under the President’s direction.
  • Collaborate on coordinating the Miami office relocation and logistical arrangements.
  • Generate reports and prepare presentations as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in administrative or operational support within professional environments, preferably in music publishing or similar sectors.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Innovative and able to devise creative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating high-quality presentations using tools such as Canva or Google Slides.
  • Proactive approach to integrating Generative AI tools to enhance work efficiency and productivity.

Additional Information
