About the Role
Amazon Advertising's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team is searching for an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to PXT (HR) Directors based in New York, who support Tech, Sales, and Marketing divisions. This opportunity allows you to join a dynamic team and take on diverse challenges to enhance your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-level scheduling with meticulous attention to detail.
- Organize both domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Oversee expense report processing and ensure timely submission.
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities, offering solutions in ambiguous situations.
- Plan and execute team events such as staff meetings, all-team meetups, off-site gatherings, and social or recognition events, including developing quarterly and annual event calendars and suggesting event cadence and content.
- Track and promote completion of important deliverables and following up on delays.
- Manage office space logistics including moves, new hire seating assignments, and reconfiguration projects, balancing logistical and change management responsibilities.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and business partners.
- Act as Lead Executive Assistant, mentoring and growing other EAs and liaising between lead EAs and the broader EA team.
- Work collaboratively with other assistants within and beyond the company.
- Maintain a positive, adaptable approach while managing multiple fast-paced and changing priorities.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and related applications.
- More than 5 years of experience as an executive assistant.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating domestic and international travel or working in a fast-paced, technology-driven company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading initiatives that improve processes.
- Background in fast-paced tech environments.
- Skill in designing efficient operational workflows.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this position ranges between 81,600 and 142,800 USD. The comprehensive compensation package includes sign-on bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs).
