About the Role
This position, titled Representative 1 for TM Support, operates as a remote contract role with a 6-month duration. The employee will manage inbound calls and inquiries within a call center environment, delivering high-quality, professional, and empathetic service. The role requires providing support across multiple Human Resources areas, including policies, procedures, and workforce systems, ensuring accurate and unified customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuous coaching and troubleshooting assistance related to the Workday HRIS platform.
- Offer guidance and responses to general People Services inquiries and various teammate concerns.
- Escalate HR and Workday system issues to the appropriate departments and leadership when necessary.
- Monitor and identify trends or issues in process workflows involving both internal and external teams, proposing process enhancement suggestions to management.
- Coordinate collaborative support efforts with payroll, Welcome Wagon, HRIS, and Teammate Relations teams.
- Record and maintain detailed call logs using the call tracking system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Demonstrate consistent punctuality and regular attendance as per schedule requirements.
- Effectively utilize internal resources including Knowledgebase, Village Web, and Job Aides to assist in service delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
