About the Role

This position, titled Representative 1 for TM Support, operates as a remote contract role with a 6-month duration. The employee will manage inbound calls and inquiries within a call center environment, delivering high-quality, professional, and empathetic service.   • Demonstrate consistent punctuality and regular attendance as per schedule requirements.
  • Effectively utilize internal resources including Knowledgebase, Village Web, and Job Aides to assist in service delivery.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
