About the Role and Centre
Join Goodstart Maida Vale as a full-time Educator in the Kindergarten room, located at 268 Kalamunda Road, Maida Vale, WA. This permanent position offers an hourly pay rate of $39.91 plus superannuation. Become part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional early childhood education and care.
The centre features four purpose-built rooms tailored to support various stages of child development and is situated conveniently near local schools, shopping areas, community amenities, and accessible public transport routes. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to design, implement, and continuously improve high-quality learning programs.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels respected, valued, and engaged in their learning journey.
- Contribute to fostering a multicultural and inclusive setting, supporting children's exposure to diverse languages and cultures.
Candidate Requirements
- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Possess a current Western Australia Working with Children Check.
- Have completed the National Child Safety Foundation Training Certificate through the Geccko platform.
