Role Overview
As a Placement Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment process from the moment a family is welcomed into Gracie until their ideal nanny begins placement, including any necessary replacements. This is a comprehensive recruitment position focusing on service, communication, and delivery. Your earnings will include a $70,000 base salary plus an uncapped bonus based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for new families handed over by the Business Development team, serving as their principal point of contact.
- Carry out thorough consultations to understand each family's household dynamics, routines, values, and childcare requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference verification, and candidate shortlisting supported by the recruitment team.
- Match candidates to families thoughtfully considering experience, personality, availability, and family culture.
- Prepare and present candidate shortlists with detailed profiles and recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews, trial sessions, collect feedback, and facilitate offers leading to successful placements.
- Maintain continuous, transparent communication with families, providing proactive updates even during quieter periods.
- Oversee active placements, resolve issues promptly, and manage replacement processes as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of keeping clients engaged and satisfied through all phases.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple families and recruitment stages concurrently.
- Highly driven and self-motivated with a desire for uncapped bonus earnings.
- Experience in recruitment, account management, customer success, or client services; agency recruitment experience highly desirable.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the discretion required to manage sensitive family placements.
- Legal right to work in Australia (including working holiday visa holders).
