About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning in the Southern region of New South Wales. Our organization is a not-for-profit committed to providing top-quality early learning programs, including accredited Kindergarten and Preschool curriculums across Australia. This is a full-time permanent position with compensation ranging from $40 to $45 per hour plus superannuation, dependent on your qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to observe and enhance educational programs for children.
- Prioritize safety at all times, ensuring inclusive learning experiences that cater to every child's needs.
- Engage proactively with educators, families, and children to deliver high-quality education.
- Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.
- Promote a culture of continuous reflection and improvement in educational practices.
- Build and sustain positive, strong relationships with children and their families.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education is mandatory.
- At least two years of relevant experience working with young children.
- Valid Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
- Passion and enthusiasm to manage the classroom effectively and work collaboratively with others.
