About the Role

Join Goodstart Early Learning as a dedicated Early Childhood Educator within the North Coast region of New South Wales. Our centres offer high-quality early learning, including accredited Kindergarten and Preschool programs. This full-time permanent position provides an hourly salary ranging from $40 to $45 based on qualifications and experience, plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively within your centre team to observe, evaluate, and enhance educational programs continuously.
  • Prioritize safety in all aspects, ensuring that learning environments are inclusive and meet the diverse needs of every child.
  • Engage positively with children and families, building strong, trusting relationships.
  • Contribute to a culture of reflection and ongoing improvement by sharing best practices.
  • Maintain a secure, healthy environment for children, families, and staff members.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Certification III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years' relevant experience in early childhood education.
  • Possession of a current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Enthusiasm and leadership skills to effectively manage classroom engagement with educators, children, and families.
