Job Objective
This role focuses on promoting student success and helping learners achieve their maximum potential through the delivery of the SABIS® curriculum and teaching methodologies consistently.
Key Duties
- Deliver lessons based on provided plans, adapting and creating new ones aligned with pacing charts as necessary to use the SABIS® point system effectively.
- Assess exams as scheduled following departmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with Academic Quality Controller and Head of Department regarding disciplinary and academic issues.
- Apply the SABIS® Point System to foster a productive learning environment.
- Monitor examinations ensuring a well-managed testing atmosphere.
- Support students struggling academically by providing guidance and motivation to encourage improvement.
- Prepare students for external examinations through structured revisions and review of prior exams, when applicable.
- Contribute to additional responsibilities such as student testing, teacher substitution, organizing student logistics, traffic control, and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate student life activities including arts, open houses, and sports in cooperation with the Student Life Coordinator.
- Attend training to deepen knowledge of the SABIS® system and enhance student outcomes.
- Execute further tasks and projects as delegated by school management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related discipline.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Exemplary professional ethics and conduct.
- Result-driven with commitment to continuous learning and accountability.
- Strong communication skills.
