About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven and motivated Ecommerce & CRM Executive to become part of our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily website trading activities and CRM operations, focusing on boosting sales, enhancing customer loyalty, and delivering outstanding digital experiences across all markets.
This position requires a hands-on individual who thrives in a rapid-paced fashion environment and has a strong interest in ecommerce, Gen Z buying behavior, and digital engagement. You will be responsible for implementing the seasonal trading plan across our website, CRM, and mobile app platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day ecommerce trading and implement CRM strategies for the website and app.
- Create, deploy, and analyze segmented email campaigns and customer journeys using Ometria.
- Support CRM and customer retention efforts aimed at increasing lifetime value and repeat business.
- Leverage customer, behavioral, and product data to guide trading decisions and make proactive adjustments.
- Implement site merchandising tactics that ensure smooth navigation and compelling product presentation across collections and product pages.
- Manage product uploading, launches, and inventory updates with attention to merchandising and optimization.
- Enhance product listings by improving images, descriptions, and SEO for better visibility and conversion rates.
- Drive conversion rate optimization through A/B testing and continuous improvements to the website experience.
- Enhance on-site search functionality and product discovery capabilities.
- Build and update landing pages and content aligned to seasonal campaigns and promotions.
- Handle promotional pricing updates and support critical trading events.
- Send push notifications via app and CRM to boost customer engagement.
- Generate detailed daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports, sharing insights with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, and Social departments to maintain brand consistency across ecommerce and CRM channels.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in Ecommerce and/or CRM, ideally within Gen Z-focused fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency with Shopify Plus platform is essential.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Ometria, including building email marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
- Strong background in CRM and customer retention strategies.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce trading, digital merchandising, and conversion rate optimization techniques including A/B testing.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for ecommerce platforms.
- Advanced skills in Excel and confidence working with large datasets to analyze sales performance.
- Excellent commercial insight, strong analytical ability, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for fashion, current trends, and Gen Z culture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dealing with international markets.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and other ecommerce analytics tools.
- Knowledge of personalization and testing software.
