Creative and Social Media Coordinator - Men's Division

Overview

Joining the team at Jaded London, you will assist the Men's Creative Lead in managing and delivering creative content across multiple social media platforms. You will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle from ideation and creation to publication and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly Instagram and TikTok content shoots aligned with the business marketing schedule.
• Continuously generate an extensive pool of creative content ideas.
• Film, shoot, and edit social media content adhering to brand quality and originality standards.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to produce polished reels and TikToks, ensuring proper sound and captioning.
• Support campaign and event-driven social concepts including pop-ups and partnerships.
• Manage day-to-day operation of Jaded's TikTok and Instagram channels, overseeing content scheduling and posting.
• Write captions and copy for social feed posts, ensuring consistency with marketing strategies.
• Propose weekly social media plans linked to the broader marketing calendar and distribute approved plans to the wider team.
• Engage with the social media community by commenting, responding, liking posts, and maintaining brand tone of voice.
• Conduct trend research, social analysis, and competitor evaluation to inform strategy.
• Organize content and manage digital assets including Dropbox and campaign website sections to keep materials current.
• Coordinate with graphics, e-commerce, and other departments by distributing finalized content.
• Participate in weekly trade meetings to provide social media perspectives.
• Monitor advertising performance reports to optimize content and campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years of experience in the fashion industry.
• A deep enthusiasm for social media and current trends, with a habitual online presence.
• Proficiency with video and photo editing tools suited for platforms like TikTok, including experience with iPhone, VHS, and digital cameras.
• Adaptable and diligent work approach, capable of managing a fast-paced, reactive social content calendar.
• Exceptional organizational skills to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to represent the Jaded brand professionally during shoots and collaborations with talent, agents, managers, and partners.
• Results-driven mindset focused on measurable social media outcomes.
