Junior Trade Marketing Manager (FMCG / Beauty / E-commerce)

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Trade Marketing Manager (m/f/d) passionate about trade marketing, consumer behavior, and enhancing brand presence at the point of sale. This role involves supporting impactful marketing activations across both retail and e-commerce platforms within a fast-paced FMCG and beauty sector. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing trade marketing campaigns and sell-out initiatives to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Create sales presentations, commercial instructions, and supportive sales materials.
• Oversee the development, production, logistics, allocation, and tracking of point-of-sale marketing (POSM) materials.
• Manage and improve e-commerce content for primary customers to maximize online engagement.
• Evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns and sales figures, providing actionable recommendations for enhancements of future programs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Key Account Management, and other internal departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Approximately three years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or FMCG sectors.
• Experience in beauty, dermocosmetics, healthcare, or FMCG industries is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in fast-evolving and dynamic work settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a proactive disposition and collaborative approach.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to details.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Polish and English languages.
