Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist Paid Media Managers and Senior Managers in managing 2-3 of our most significant clients, contributing to their operational success weekly. Additionally, you will have chances to lead 1-2 smaller client accounts independently, enhancing your client management and paid media strategy capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior team members in executing paid media strategies and managing performance for key agency clients.
  • Manage smaller accounts as the primary media strategist and client liaison once fully onboarded.
  • Develop strong, trust-based client relationships through transparent communication and excellent service.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to design, implement, and review paid media campaigns targeting client KPIs.
  • Handle daily campaign operations across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms, mainly Google Ads and Meta.
  • Support managers and client directors by tackling priority tasks and various projects within the team.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting and participate in biweekly client meetings as appropriate.
  • Strategize and deliver regular and special paid media outputs to meet client marketing goals and demonstrate agency value.
  • Leverage data insights and expertise to generate and test new campaign optimizations for better performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients' industries and audiences as well as emerging trends and best practices in paid media.
  • Collaborate across channels and departments—including analytics, content, design, and development—to enhance client marketing approaches.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in paid media performance marketing; exceptional candidates with 1+ years may be considered based on skills and learning drive.
  • Strong expertise in Paid Search and Google Ads; capable of independently managing ad setups and modifications without errors.
  • Experience in Paid Social advertising is advantageous.
  • Prior work experience within a digital or performance marketing agency is essential.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Highly analytical with a technical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities; familiarity with Asana is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Passionate about client service and forging exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional presentation abilities.
  • Enjoys collaborative work environments and peer learning.
  • Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and accept constructive feedback professionally.

Benefits and Work Environment

  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Monthly team-building events within a fun, casual, and inclusive company culture.
  • Company-covered ClassPass membership.
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Summer Fridays for a flexible work schedule.
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching.
  • Fully remote work model with employees throughout the continental U.S., emphasizing effective and productive digital communication.
  • A highly collaborative, empathetic, and vibrant team culture valued as a Top Workplace and recognized by Ad Age.
